After a strong rally on Monday, driven by a surge in Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) shares and sustained buying from foreign investors, Dalal Street looks poised for another action-packed day. The Sensex rose by 1,000 points, while the Nifty gained nearly 300 points, as investors' confidence strengthened ahead of a heavy earnings calendar.

Vinod Nair, Head of Research at Geojit Financial Services, said, "The domestic market rebounded from last week's losses caused by border tensions, supported by FII buying and robust RIL results."

As several major companies are set to announce their fourth-quarter (Q4) results today, April 29, here are the key stocks that are likely to be in focus:

Adani Green Energy

The renewable energy arm of the Adani Group reported a 53.3% year-on-year jump in net profit, reaching Rs 230 crore for the March 2025 quarter. Revenue rose by 21.6% to Rs 3,073 crore, bolstered by higher energy generation and capacity additions.

Adani Total Gas

Adani Total Gas reported a net profit decline of 8% for Q4FY25, posting a profit of Rs 154 crore, down from Rs 168 crore a year ago. Revenue and margins are under pressure due to fluctuating input costs.

Tata Technologies

According to reports from CNBC-TV18, TGP Rise Climate is expected to offload a 3.9% stake (1.59 crore shares) in Tata Technologies through a block deal. Market participants will closely watch the stock movement.

IndusInd Bank

In a sudden move, Arun Khurana has resigned as Whole-time Director and Deputy CEO of IndusInd Bank, effective April 28. The resignation might weigh on the bank's stock as investors await more clarity on leadership changes.

Wipro

Germany-based consumer giant Vorwerk has selected Wipro to manage and upgrade its IT infrastructure under a five-year agreement. Wipro will deploy its AI-powered infrastructure operations to support Vorwerk’s digital transformation.

PNB Housing Finance

PNB Housing Finance posted a strong 27.8% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 567.1 crore for Q4FY25. Net interest income grew by 20%, and the board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per share.

Gensol Engineering

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out search and seizure operations at Gensol Engineering’s offices in Ahmedabad and Gurgaon. Financial documents and electronic devices were seized under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999. The company stated that the financial impact is currently indeterminable.

Go Digit General Insurance

Go Digit General Insurance delivered a stellar 118.9% year-on-year surge in net profit to Rs 116 crore. Its gross written premium rose by 10.3%, and AUM expanded by 25% year-on-year. However, the company's combined ratio increased to 111.3%, indicating higher claims expenses.
