Classrooms Over Crowds: Chirag Paswan Bets on Education for Bihar’s Future

In a state long gripped by caste politics and populist rhetoric, Chirag Paswan is rewriting the campaign script—with books, broadband, and biotech at the forefront. The Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief’s campaign under the banner #चिराग_का_नवसंकल्प presents a clear, disruptive shift: “Scholarship over sloganeering.”

As Bihar gears up for its crucial 2025 assembly elections, Paswan is calling for a future where every child holds a tablet, not a placard—a future where “classrooms become the new battleground for progress.”

Tech-Driven Classrooms, Modern Hospitals

Paswan’s roadmap includes tech-enabled education hubs, startup incubation for rural youth, and a universal scholarship portal that cuts across caste and income lines. “We are not here to promise lanterns in the digital age,” he said at a rally in Patna. “We are here to ensure every child, in every village, is prepared to compete in Silicon Valley, not just struggle in Saharsa.”

Simultaneously, healthcare reform features prominently—every district hospital equipped with modern diagnostic tools, digital patient records, and telemedicine access. “Strong minds need strong bodies,” reads the manifesto.

A Decisive Five Years

Paswan insists the upcoming five years will define whether Bihar breaks through or breaks down. “Yeh chunav vote ke liye nahi, vikas ke liye hai,” he declared. Political analysts note that this shift toward governance and delivery—not just identity—is resonating, especially among Bihar’s first-time voters.

Conclusion:
As the battle for Bihar intensifies, Chirag Paswan’s tech-and-education-first doctrine may mark the beginning of a generational pivot. For once, the loudest slogan might be the quiet hum of a classroom projector.
